Delivery Terms

Products are delivered via a third-party courier. By placing an order, the user agrees to enter into a delivery agreement with the courier company.

To complete delivery, Droper.ge shares the necessary personal information (name, address, phone number) with the courier. Droper.ge is responsible only until the product is transferred to the courier. Thereafter, all risk passes to the courier.

Delivery Options

Products may be delivered on both business and non-business days. Available delivery options:

• Express Delivery – within 5 hours (Tbilisi only)

• Standard Delivery – within 2-5 business days (Tbilisi)

• Regional Delivery – within 7 business days (nationwide, excluding occupied territories)

Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and depend on the selected method.

Only non-cash (card) payments are accepted. During checkout, users are redirected to a secure payment page to input their card details. The transaction is processed by the bank.

Account Termination
