Droper.ge is an online platform that facilitates the sale of travel accessories and related products. We do not operate our own shipping or delivery service. All orders placed on Droper.ge are fulfilled and delivered by independent third-party courier companies.

By placing an order on Droper.ge, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


Shipping Providers

Droper.ge partners with licensed third-party delivery companies to handle the shipping and delivery of all orders. These providers are solely responsible for the transportation, handling, and final delivery of packages.

Examples of our delivery partners may include Mercury Delivery, Georgian Post, and other local or international couriers.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided on the product or checkout page and may vary depending on your location, the courier’s schedule, and other factors outside of Droper.ge’s control.

Please note that:

  • Delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed.

  • Droper.ge is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Weekends, holidays, and non-working days may affect delivery times.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery address, selected courier, and the size or weight of your order.

In some cases, additional charges (such as remote area delivery fees or customs duties) may apply. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be settled directly with the courier or appropriate authority.


Tracking and Delivery

Once your order is processed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number or link, when available. You may use this information to monitor the status of your delivery via the courier’s official platform.

Droper.ge does not manage or control the tracking system of third-party couriers and cannot intervene in the delivery process after dispatch.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Droper.ge is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged items once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider. Any claims or disputes regarding delivery must be submitted directly to the courier company using their official procedures.

If you need assistance contacting the courier or locating your tracking information, our support team is happy to help.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Droper.ge is not liable for packages that are undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address;

  • Delivery refusal by the recipient;

  • Failure to collect or accept delivery within the courier's required timeframe.

In such cases, any additional shipping charges, return costs, or loss of goods are the customer’s responsibility.
